N E W S - F O R- W E S T A F R I C A 02/18

Dear Customer,

Please note that Angolan Customs have advised that implementation of Asycuda will commence for cargo arriving early March.

- The NIF tax code number must be included in the consignee section of the bill of lading (or the consignee box and notify party box if the same). This requirement is mandatory and no bill of lading to Luanda should now be issued without the NIF Number.

- Bills of Lading must now be split by cargo type (container / roro / breakbulk )

- With effect from Grande Brasile 0218 (arriving Luanda 8th March).

We will keep all updated as the initial phase progresses in Luanda.

If you have any further question please do not hesitate to contact us any time.

With best regards
